It is a pale Yellow Color flour. The activity of natural enzyme Lipoxygenase is retained by special process. It is processed under careful conditions destroying most part of anti metabolities like trypsin inhibitors without damaging protein and denaturation of amino acids. Non GMO De-fatted Soya Flour (Un-Toasted) contains no toxic elements. It is highly soluble in water. It is free from casein, cholesterol and flourides all essential amino acids.
