The major use of C14 Alcohol Light Ends is to make other chemicals.  These chemicals are used in the processing of leather. C14 Alcohol Light Ends has a flash point of 270°F (132 °C). The flash point is the lowest temperature where vapors of a liquid can catch fire when exposed to a flame or spark. It is considered a Class IIIB combustible liquid under the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standard and is rated as a low hazard.
