Explanation of Norethisterone
Norethisterone is a man-made form of progesterone, a naturally occurring female sex hormone. It is referred to as a progestogen and it has a number of uses. Low doses are used to prevent pregnancy, or as hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Its is used to treat heavy periods (menorrhagia), and high-strength tablets are sometimes used in some female cancers such as breast cancer. There are a number of other leaflets which will give you more information about norethisterone if you are taking it for contraception or as HRT. These are: 'Progestogen-only contraceptive tablets', 'Norethisterone contraceptive injection', 'Combined hormonal contraceptives', and 'Oestrogen and progestogen for HRT'.
Norethisterone (or norethindrone) (or 19-nor-17α-ethynyltestosterone) is a molecule used in some combined oral contraceptive pills, progestogen only pills and is also available as a stand-alone drug. It is a progestogen and can be used to treat premenstrual syndrome, painful periods, abnormal heavy bleeding, irregular periods, menopausal syndrome (in combination with oestrogen), or to postpone a period.
This leaflet discusses norethisterone when it is used to treat heavy periods. Although other treatment options for heavy periods are more common, norethisterone is sometimes considered if other treatments have not worked or are unsuitable. Norethisterone treatment aims to reduce the amount of blood loss. When taking norethisterone in this way, it does not act as a contraceptive.

Information of Trenbolone Base
Item Name:Trenbolone base
Chemical Name:4,9,11-estratrien-17β-ol-3-one
Molecular Formula: C18H22O2
CAS No.:10161-33-8
Description: white or almost white crystalline powder
Specification: Enterprise Standard
Bodybuilders and athletes have been known to use the drug illicitly in the belief it will increase body mass more effectively than by weight training alone. In the United States possession or use of Trenbolone for humans is a violation of federal law. The DEA classifies Trenbolone as a schedule III drug. Trenbolone in the United Kingdom. Use or possession of steroids without a prescription is a crime in Australia.
Trenbolone acetate is often referred to as "Fina" by users, because injectible trenbolone acetate is often prepared from Finaplix H pellets, an ear implant used by cattle ranchers to maintain the weight of cattle during shipping to slaughter. Studies have shown that Trenbolone does improve muscle mass in cattle.

What Is Maleic Anhydride?
Maleic anhydride (cis-butenedioic anhydride, toxilic anhydride, 2,5-dioxofuran) is an organic compound with the formula C2H2(CO)2O. It is the acid anhydride of maleic acid and in its pure state it is a colourless or white solid with an acrid odour.
Maleic anhydride was traditionally manufactured by the oxidation of benzene or other aromatic compounds. As of 2006, only a few smaller plants continue to use benzene; due to rising benzene prices, most maleic anhydride plants now use n-butane as a feedstock:
2 CH3CH2CH2CH3 + 7 O2 → 2 C2H2(CO)2O + 8 H2O

Knowedge of 16-Dehydropregnenolone Acetate
Acetate is a common anion in biology. It is mainly utilized by organisms in the form of acetyl coenzyme A.Intraperitoneal injection of sodium acetate (20 or 60 mg per kg body mass) was found to induce headache in sensitized rats, and it has been proposed that acetate resulting from oxidation of ethanol is a major factor in causing hangovers. Increased serum acetate levels lead to accumulation of adenosine in many tissues including the brain, and administration of the adenosine receptor antagonist caffeine to rats after ethanol was found to decrease nociceptive behavior.
Item name:16-Dehydropregnenolone acetate

Structural Studies of Creatininase
Creatininase is a member of the urease-related amidohydrolases, the family of hydrolases, those acting on carbon-nitrogen bonds other than peptide bonds, specifically in cyclic amides. The systematic name of this enzyme class is creatinine amidohydrolase. This enzyme is also called creatinine hydrolase. This enzyme participates in arginine and proline metabolism.
Creatininase from Pseudomonas putida has a core structure consisting of 3-layers, alpha/beta/alpha.
As of late 2007, 4 structures have been solved for this class of enzymes, with PDB accession codes 1J2T, 1J2U, 1Q3K, and 1V7Z.
